I'm a New Jersey-based entrepreneur and the owner of V & S Auto Brokers LLC and V & S Property Management LLC, headquartered in Long Branch, NJ. With over 25 years of experience in property management, I have built a reputation for operational excellence, leadership, and client-focused service.After immigrating to the United States from Portugal in 1982, I've earned a degree in Accounting and Business from Brookdale Community College and advanced from customer service roles to Senior Property Manager, overseeing 4,000 residential units, 700 HOAs, and 50+ employees, while managing legal and compliance matters.Later I expanded into the automotive industry, co-founding a used car dealership over 15 years ago, followed by the launch of V & S Property Management, now operating in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida. I also own a nationally ranked U-Haul franchise, placing Top 5 in the U.S., with 4.5–5 star customer ratings and an A+ BBB rating.Trilingual in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, I'm an active member of multiple professional associations throughout New Jersey and Monmouth County, and is known for fostering trust-based relationships, referrals, and community-driven growth.
